Each Business Pack comes with a COLT device that's located at your premises and fully installed, tested and managed by us. Your service is delivered either over Fibre or DSL and
your bandwidth is dedicated and guaranteed. Upload and download speeds are symmetrical so can do business at the speed that suits you.
You also get one domain name and a website creation tool. You can monitor and manage performance using our online statistics so you can always be in control.

Our Business-Grade Security Pack works with any mail server and provides multiple layers of anti-virus scanning and anti-spam protection for all email traffic. It's managed proactively: you can concentrate on doing business. You don't have to purchase user security licences because they're included; the amount you get depends on the size of the pack.
You can purchase additional licences for one or more of the features that are already included in our Business packs or add a completely new functionality if you need to.
You can buy extra resilience or add voice and web conferencing. You can buy extra licences to secure more email accounts, or purchase managed Exchange mail server or PC Backup licences.
We also enable you to opt for a business hours only helpdesk SLA.
