So, we deliver Voice Connect via CPS because it's the most reliable access method around. We implement the service quickly and easily by leaving the local physical infrastructure untouched. All we do is programme your local PTT so that you calls are routed via COLT's fibre network (which, by the way, spans 13 European countries). That means you can be sure of high availability (all the 9's you might need) and can work in confidence.
We don't use any kind of compression in our network and that means you'll always experience high quality calls you expect, and need.
Virtually all types of lines are compatible with CPS and that means we organise a change-over with just a simple order. Least Cost Routing must be either re-programmed (call by call) or removed before Voice Connect can work. Once it's in place, Voice Connect enables you to make calls to all destinations; from fixed to mobile; international to national.
It's easy to manage too: you can monitor your traffic 24/7, and get information in terms of time, duration, destination and the cost of every call from each of your sites.
Call Analyser is a reporting and analysis tool that enables you to create reports that cover all your billed and rated traffic. It's easy to generate user-friendly graphs that tell a simple story and can be presented as an Excel of PDF document to your colleagues or management.
We send you software that can be loaded onto any PC, and each month you can use it to get all the necessary data from our online portal.
