Our Business Packs have been designed to be flexible so it doesn't matter how many users you have, we can match the needs of your organisation with business grade Internet access up to 4Mbps.
Each Business Pack comes with a COLT device that's located at your premises and fully installed, tested and managed by us. Your service is delivered either over Fibre or DSL and your bandwidth is dedicated and guaranteed. Upload and download speeds are symmetrical so can do business at the speed that suits you.
You also get one domain name and a website creation tool. You can monitor and manage performance using our online statistics so you can always be in control.
At COLT we're proud of our reputation for customer service (it's an award winning pedigree) and you benefit from 24/7 access to our Helpdesk to sort out any issues that might arise.
Our Business-Grade Backup Pack provides you with PC based software and a fully redundant data repository. You get very easy to use web-based administrative and reporting tools as well as a Web mail service. The levels of backup licences are specified when you choose the pack that suits your needs.
