Your VoIP traffic is passed between your IP-PBX and our network using two of the best known standards-based protocols: H.323 or SIP, and we're busy validating all IP-PBX types so that they work with our network; we're adding to our list all the time.
We make sure that the link between your premises and COLT is dimensioned and configured properly so that you get the quality you've been promised. We look at your traffic levels so that we can provide the right bandwidth. You can connect to us via fibre (offering unlimited bandwidth); DSL (based on a copper pair); and leased line (to connect to locations outside our footprint). That means you can make the most of VoIP with COLT wherever you are or whatever your volume of calls. You can also gain access to the public Internet from another provider.
You can converge telephony and data using an IP MPLS network, or use a public IP network. There is no need to build a new network.
