Fax2Mail has full Microsoft Office® integration. Using the optional toolbar, attachments from Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint can be sent in moments.   

To send faxes, users create a new message within their email client. The recipient’s fax telephone number then becomes part of the destination email address. Users simply click ‘Send’. Fax2Mail will turn the email back into a fax and send it to the recipient’s fax machine.

When Fax2Mail users receive faxes, these appear in their email inbox as messages with PDF/TIFF attachments.

Fax2Mail has an intuitive and secure web-based tool allows users to manage and track their faxes. The same tool can also be used by administrators to easily manage user on-boarding and permissions. The Fax2Mail Mobile option also enables companies to extend the service to remotely-based employees – so they can print or fax documents and attachments from any location using a mobile device.

Strengthening security and compliance, Fax2Mail uses industry-standard 128-bit encryption for sent and received files. The faxes you receive will also arrive securely on the PC of the intended recipient, rather than on a fax machine somewhere else in the building. There is real-time reporting and an audit trail exists for every inbound and outbound fax delivered. Electronic copies of faxes can also be retained.
