IN Reports Managed IVR VPN Manager  
IN Reports monitor the success of your Service Access Numbers (SANs). The reports show all the key information and analysis at a glance, via a secure web page. Managed IVR (Interactive Voice Response) enables you to deal with your customers’ calls even when your operators are busy, by directly routing calls to the department that is best suited to handling them. VPN Manager is a suite of tools including Infovista, Service Status View, Syslog Viewer and Router Config Viewer. These provide a selection of real-time reports in graphs and diagrams, so you can monitor the performance of your network.
