Fidelity is a global investment management company. Colt operates and monitors Fidelity’s new data centre facility, providing a scalable platform to meet future business demands.

Colt offers Degussa Bank a communication solution combining IP Voice with intelligent call management. This ensures that customer service centre processes are optimised and seamlessly integrated with other departments.

Health

AOK is a Health insurer in Germany with over 25 million policy holders, 56,000 employees in approximately 1,600 branches. We provided a fully supported MPLS network with provisioning, monitoring and operational responsibility for their web-based communication platform, using two Colt high security data centres.

Hospitality

ABBA Hotels uses Colt’s scalable solution to centralize their telecommunication services to all hotels in a single data centre.

Insurance

Neversa eG is an insurance service provider in Germany. Colt implemented cloud based services in conjunction with IP-based data and voice transmission. All relevant software applications are provided “on demand”.

VERA serves around 85% of the local government organisations in Belgium's Flemish Brabant province. Many of these organisations are too small to justify having their own in-house ICT teams. The Cloud Infrastructure Service's pay-as-you-grow charging model lets VERA pay only for the capacity it uses. With no need for capital investment in servers and other infrastructure elements, the company can budget more easily and make more effective use of its funding resources.
