Our Business Packs have been designed to be flexible so it doesn't matter how many users you have, we can match the needs of your organisation with business grade Internet access up to 4Mbps.

Each Business Pack comes with a Colt device that's located at your premises and fully installed, tested and managed by us. Your service is delivered either over Fibre or DSL and your bandwidth is dedicated and guaranteed. Upload and download speeds are symmetrical so can do business at the speed that suits you.

You also get one domain name and a website creation tool. You can monitor and manage performance using our online statistics so you can always be in control.

At Colt we're proud of our reputation for customer service (it's an award winning pedigree) and you benefit from 24/7 access to our Helpdesk to sort out any issues that might arise.

Our Business-Grade Messaging Pack gives you a fully redundant Exchange server that comes with very simple web-based administrative tools. You don't have to worry about buying user security licences because they're included in the pack. We manage it all, and the number of licences depends on the size of the pack you buy.

You can purchase additional licences for one or more of the features that are already included in our Business packs or add a completely new functionality if you need to.

You can buy extra resilience or add voice and web conferencing. You can buy extra licences for your managed Exchange mail server, or purchase email security or PC backup licences.

We also enable you to opt for a business hours only helpdesk SLA.
