Andreas Kederer is Director of Managed Services for Colt Communication Services.
Andrew is solutions director responsible for Colt's IT managed services portfolio. Prior to Colt, Andrew held senior product management roles at Detica and Cable & Wireless bringing a wealth of experience in developing and launching enterprise managed services. Andrew has also been a non-Executive Director of the Family Online Safety Institute and a funding council member of the Internet Watch Foundation.
Following a variety of Product Management roles at AT&T and Level 3, Andy currently heads up the product management for Bandwidth and Access Services within Colt.
Andy is Colt’s pan-European low latency specialist. He has held a number of client facing roles since joining Colt in 2003, working with financial services customers to identify technology strategies to provide the fastest access to liquidity.
Dr. Joachim Sinzig is responsible at Colt for Product Management Voice & Reselling in Europe. His team developes and manages the traditional voice services in the PSTN network as well as the modern VoIP and Unified Communication solutions based on Colt’s NGN network for business and reseller customers. With his 15 years experience in Technology, Sales and Supplier Management and a number of IT and Infrastructure projects, he developes new solutions and strategies to support the business processes of Colt’s customers.
Francois Eloy is Executive Vice President for CCS and is responsible for making Colt the European supplier of choice for branded and unbranded information delivery solutions through indirect Sales Channels.
Frédéric is currently Director of Marketing Solutions for Colt Technology Services.
Gary Moore is Director of Colt's distribution channel. He is responsible for building Colt's business through the IT reseller community, with a particular focus on Colt's IT services portfolio.
Gideon is partner management director at Colt. He leads the team that manages our strategic technology partners to develop customer centric networking, storage and cloud-based solutions.
Guy Ruddock is Vice President – Design & Delivery for Colt’s Data Centre Services, responsible for the development of the Data Centre and Node estate for Colt, which comprises over 350 sites and 20 data centres throughout Europe. Guy conceived the Colt Modular Data Centre three years ago which is now acknowledged as the market leader in its field.
He has over 30 years’ experience within various technology based industries ranging from Oil and Petrochemicals to Financial Services and Telecommunications, and has been responsible for sourcing, building and operating data centres and key technical infrastructure since 1984.

Hugh is a specialist in STP, automation/efficiency and outsourcing, in post-trade, clearing/settlement and treasury/payments. Before joining Colt in 2011, he worked both inside Financial Services for banks and brokers and for service providers to the sector.
Javier is leading the Cloud Centric Network Project in Colt designing our next generation Data Centre architecture. His specialities include service provider packet networking architecture, network architecture layer integration, design and implementation of both IP/MPLS networks (Internet, MPLS VPN) and MPLS based Carrier Ethernet transport networks.
Ken Wood is Colt’s media sector lead. He works with our broadcast, publishing and advertising customers helping them to move, manage and manipulate content using Colt’s managed services portfolio. Ken previously created and ran his own digital media business.
Mark Leonard was appointed EVP, Infrastructure Services Unit (ISU) in January 2011, and is responsible for integrating the activities of Operations, Technology and IT. Mark joined Colt as Chief Information Officer (CIO) in February 2008. He has extensive experience of IT within the telecoms sector, having held the position of CIO at Vodafone UK, IT Director at NTL, and a senior management role at IBM Global Services.
Matthias Hain is the Director of Data Services for Colt Communication Services.
Nicolas Fischbach is the Director of Network & IT Platform Strategy and Architecture at Colt. Nicolas has worked at Colt over the last ten years starting out as an IP engineer. He is also a member of the Honeynet Project dedicated to improving the security of the internet.
Peter Hutchings is VP, Voice Trading for CCS. Peter has been at Colt for 16 years. He set up the first voice services for Colt in 1994 as the Voice Product Manager, introduced the concept of wholesale voice to Colt in 1996 and delivered the first 100 interconnects by 1997. He has had a number of wholesale roles. In 2007 Peter formed a single pan European Voice Trading team to buy and sell voice traffic across Colt. The Voice Trading team now manages the termination of 25bn minutes of voice traffic for Colt, ensuring that all voice services meet the quality and competitive expectations of customers.
Rakesh Bhasin was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Colt in December 2006. Prior to joining Colt, Rakesh was President and Chief Executive at KVH Co. Ltd, a Fidelity Asia-focused telecom and network solutions provider headquartered in Tokyo. He continues to be a non-executive Chairman of KVH Co. Ltd today.
Robin Saphra, General Counsel, Colt. Robin leads the Legal and Regulatory teams who provide support, guidance and advice to all of Colt's Business Units. He is also accountable for compliance across the group and for developing the regulatory dimension of our corporate strategy. Prior to joining Colt in September 2005, Robin had worked internationally in Africa, Asia, Western and Eastern Europe, the Middle East, the Caribbean and North America. He began his career in media, working for the BBC after emigrating to the UK from South Africa. In 1992 he qualified as a lawyer, joining a specialist telecoms law firm. In 1997, he joined One2One, then a start-up UK mobile operator running the word's first GSM 1800 network and subsequently served as Executive Director for Strategic Development at T-Mobile International until shortly before joining Colt.
Scott is the Marketing Director for Colt's enterprise business focussing on awareness, demand generation and sales enablement. He has held a number of senior marketing positions in the pan-European enterprise space, as well as launching several successful start-up brands.

Victor Smith, Director, Product Development for Colt Data Centre Services. Victor joined the team on 28th May. In his new role, Victor is key in cementing Colt's data centre product and service strategy as we look to innovate and extend our reach. Victor works very closely with the design team as well as with the marketing to ensure our future roadmap takes into account not only market requirements and further engineering innovations, but also continues to be optimally positioned in the market.
