Mark Beeden is Chief of Staff to the CEO, reporting directly to the Chief Executive.
In this role Mark helps execute the CEO’s strategic agenda, drives the development of Colt’s digital and customer experience strategy and supports the implementation of Colt’s key initiatives in collaboration with teams across the business.
Mark has been with Colt since 2012, initially as Chief Marketing Officer and most recently as VP Customer Experience and Service Management.
Prior to joining Colt, Mark was Brand and People Director of Cable & Wireless PLC and a member of its executive committee. In this role he was responsible for all aspects of Human Resources and the Cable & Wireless strategy and brand.
Before this Mark was Brand and Strategy Director at energis PLC, and held senior positions in strategy, change and brand development in numerous corporate and consultancy businesses spanning financial services, logistics, FMCG and telecommunications.
