Colt Apprenticeship Scheme
With 25 years’ experience behind us, we want to take some of today’s driven school leavers and use them to propel us even further as we envision becoming the most customer orientated business in our industry. The fresh outlook that young people provide can only help our networks to continue growing.
That’s why after a successful start in 2017, Colt's Apprenticeship Scheme will be returning in 2018, hiring in range of job roles, including finance, marketing and business development. Roles will be placed in our head office in Shoreditch, London starting in early September.
As an apprentice you will be on the programme for two years working alongside experienced Colt employees, gaining on-the job training whilst earning a salary.
We are looking for those who have that drive to start their career in a specialist field, and are open to learn aspects of technology that you may not even know exist yet! The opportunity is yours to make your own: we will provide you with the tools and you will need to hit the ground running to launch your career of the future.

To be eligible for the Colt Apprentice Scheme you must meet the following criteria:
- Over 18 by 01 September 2018
- Currently living in the UK
- Not in full-time education
- 3 A Levels with A*-C results
- A*-C results in 5 GCSEs, including English and Maths
Pre-screening by BPP, our apprentice provider.
Video interview; successful candidates will then be invited to complete a one-way video interview, which is our chance to ask competency questions, understand more about the experiences you have gained so far, and get to know you on a personal level.
Assessment centre; the final step for the best candidates from the video interview will be an assessment centre. This will be a mix of group activities and interviews, allowing you to demonstrate your relevant skills and show us why you should be hired onto Colt’s Apprenticeship Scheme.
