Frankfurt, 15.03.2023, Colt Technology Services, Anbieter für digitale Infrastruktur, hat einen Vertrag mit Amdocs als Teil einer mehrjährigen strategischen Transformation seiner Kern-IT-Systeme unterzeichnet. Colt hat sich für Amdocs als Softwarepartner und Lösungsanbieter entschieden, um eine leistungsstarke, robuste globale Plattform für sein Inventar zu entwickeln, die das globale Netzwerk und das Service-Portfolio von Colt weiter digitalisiert und automatisiert, um das Kundenerlebnis fortlaufend zu verbessern.
Dieses transformative IT-Projekt markiert die jüngste Phase in Colts Digitalisierungsreise, die zum Ziel hat, eine einwandfreie Erfahrung für Mitarbeitende und Kunden zu schaffen. Das langfristig angelegte Projekt sieht weitreichende Optimierungen für die digitale Servicebereitstellung, das Engineering und den Netzwerkbetrieb von Colt vor. So können die Colt-Teams über eine einzige globale, vernetzte Plattform eine breite Palette von Bereitstellungsanpassungen, Kapazitätsplanung und Fehlerbehebungsdiensten nutzen. Darüber hinaus werden die Kunden noch mehr Steuerungsmöglichkeit erhalten, um ihre eigenen Infrastrukturänderungen zu verwalten, wenn sie dies wünschen.
Die neue Amdocs Resource Manager-Lösung (ARM) ist ein Eckpfeiler des fortschreitenden Modernisierungsprozesses von Colt, der sich auf die Bereitstellung digitaler Infrastrukturdienste konzentriert, die Kunden und Mitarbeitende weltweit unterstützen.
