Signing in to the Voice Feature Management portal
You can sign in to the Voice Feature Management portal from Control Center or from a web browser. The first time you sign in to the portal, you'll need to change your password.
To sign in to the Voice Feature Management portal:
- To access the Voice Feature Management portal, do one of the following:
- If you're currently signed in to Control Center, click Services. Then, click Voice Feature Mgmt (in the Service Portals box). Then, on the Voice Feature Management page, click Launch Voice Feature Management.
- If you're not currently signed in to Control Center, open a browser and go to https://voiceconfig.lumen.com.
- If you're currently signed in to Control Center, click Services. Then, click Voice Feature Mgmt (in the Service Portals box). Then, on the Voice Feature Management page, click Launch Voice Feature Management.
- Type your username and password, then click Sign In.
The Voice Feature Management portal opens. (If this is your first time signing in, the Voice Feature Management portal prompts you to enter a new password.)
