If you choose to apply for a position, your personal data will be treated in line with applicable data protection laws, including without limitation the General Data Protection Regulation.

Personal Data and Purpose

Colt is gathering the following the personal data (i.e. data which can be used to identify you) for the purposes described underneath:

What data?

  • Identifying information for contact purposes (Name, e-mail address, phone number).
  • Your CV and Cover Letter if you choose to submit one.
  • Picture/Images/Voice if you choose to submit a video.

Hiring Procedure

By applying for a position, you agree to your data being saved in a Colt-owned system which will be stored for application purposes and shared by the HR department of all the entities pertaining to Colt group.

Your data will be sent to our HR Department who will carefully analyse it in line with our verification process and inform you of our decision regarding your application and possible next steps of the process.

Deletion Period of your personal data

Once this hiring process is complete, Colt Technology Services will delete your personal information provided within a maximum period of 12 months in order for you to be taken into account for other potential positions within the company, unless you request Colt Technology Services not to retain this data.

Individuals Rights

However, prior to that date and at any time, you have the right to request from Colt Technology Services access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of processing as well as the right to object to processing and the right to data portability. If you wish to exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition or portability regarding your Personal Data please go to https://www.colt.net/gdpr/, where you can find the information to exercise your rights. Likewise, Colt Technology Services informs you of your right to withdraw your consent at any time through the addresses provided.
Sharing your Personal Data
Your application data may be shared with other companies of the Colt Group (a list of Colt Affiliates is available at https://www.colt.net/legal/) which could be located in countries which do not have the same standards of data privacy as the European Union. Specifically, your application and data could be stored by Colt Technology Services India Private Limited (company number U72900DL2004PTC125537) with corporate address in 103, Ashoka Estate, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi – 11000).
