Join Colt's Network 25 & Women@Ciena at Colt House in London on Thursday 2nd May from 6.00pm - 9.00pm for our free event 'Having it all' – Doable or doomed to fail?

This event will be hosted by Keri Gilder, Colt's Chief Commercial officer, and will feature an interactive panel of amazing female leaders including: Sally Nelson, Chief People Officer at Fidelity; Priska Kianza, Regional Sales Director at Ciena; Sarah Karmali, Digital Editor at Harper's Bazaar; Corrina Jorgensen, Co Founder and CEO of Afiniti; and Niki Jones, Founder of Go Brand Yourself and Strategy Director at Southpaw Communications.

You will be able to ask questions of the panel, network with people across a range of industries, as well as enjoy drinks and canapes.

What is 'having it all'? Typically seen as having a high-powered job, an adoring partner, children and / or pets who don’t feel neglected, and a good social life. Our panel of inspiring women will discuss whether having it all is possible, their personal experiences, what they’ve learnt as a result, as well as providing advice and encouragement for you to take away for use in your own life.

Meet our hosts and panelists

Keri Gilder

Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of Colt Technology Services.

Joining the business in November 2018, Keri forms part of the Executive Leadership Team reporting directly to Carl Grivner, Colt’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Keri is instrumental in driving Colt’s commercial strategy, leading global teams across sales, presales and marketing, as well as working closely with the wider organisation to ensure Colt delivers on its vision of being the most customer oriented business in the industry.

Sally Nelson

Sally Nelson

Chief People Officer, Fidelity International

In her role as Chief People Officer, Sally is responsible for global Human Resources and Corporate Affairs. She focuses on all talent and communications-related subject matters of greatest importance to Fidelity International. Sally has been with Fidelity in a range of group wide roles for twenty years since joining from PwC in 1999.

She is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and holds a Postgraduate certificate in Education and a BA (Hons) in English. She is a member of various Remuneration committees, and in her role is a keen advocate for D&I-friendly workplace policies.

Sally is also a Trustee of an education charity.

Priska Kianza

Priska Kianza

Director, Sales EMEA, Ciena

Priska Kianza leads Ciena’s Inside Sales team in EMEA. She guides Ciena service providers and enterprise customers, as well as partners, on their journey to accommodate high-capacity applications and services, such as those needed for cloud-based services and video.

Priska previously managed the marketing and lead generation team in EMEA, where she developed marketing initiatives that enabled revenue growth for Ciena’s most strategic partners.

Priska holds a Masters in International Business and Trade from Paris XII university. She lives in London with her husband and four children and is based at Ciena’s offices in Worship Street.

Sarah Karmali

Sarah Karmali

Digital Editor, Harper's Bazaar

Sarah Karmali is the digital editor of Harper’s Bazaar, overseeing the digital and social media strategy for the brand.
She previously worked on the online teams at Vogue, Marie Claire and InStyle, and wrote fashion and beauty content for the Huffington Post.

Sarah was named Digital Content Leader of the Year at the 2017 PPA Awards.

Starting out with a graduate role as an IT training consultant, Corrina began her consultancy career straight from university. Now, with almost 30 years’ within the consultancy sector under her belt, Corrina has held board-level positions for the past 18 years and is Co-Founder and CEO of Afiniti, an award-winning business change consultancy that delivers change with a people focus.

An enthusiastic, energetic, results-oriented individual – as well as leading a dynamic, talented team within Afiniti – Corrina is also a mum of two teenage sons and loves nothing more than spending time with her family back home in Edinburgh.

Niki Jones

Founder of Go Brand Yourself and Strategy Director at Southpaw Communications

Niki is a creative brand strategist with 25 years' experience building some of the world’s most admired brands at Unilever, Diageo, Johnson & Johnson and Honda to name a handful.
She is also founder and Executive Coach of a personal brand coaching business, helping people create and live their own powerful personal brands.

On top of that she’s a mum of two and no stranger to the push and pull of working motherhood!
