Aurelius relocate office and consolidate several services by moving to Colt

Aurelius Capital Management (ACM) is an asset management company based in Vienna, who specialises in structured credit products and fixed income. When relocating offices, they needed Colt’s help to ensure a seamless transition over to a new network where service levels were maintained for their customers. At the same time, they also took the decision to reduce their number of service providers and looked to consolidate a range of services with Colt as their single service provider.

Colt introduced Aurelius to ‘Smart Office’, an excellent solution for their new office as it offers a host of dedicated services tailored to the requirements and business issues faced by medium sized companies such as them. Aurelius now also benefit from Colt Conferencing and server hosting, strengthening their infrastructure and simplifying their service delivery by receiving all they need from one provider.

Many IT and telecom providers do not operate a hotline during these periods, which means there is no one to contact in the event of problems. Colt really stood out in this area; all ICT services including Bloomberg, were seamlessly migrated and up and running within a few hours- Hans-Michael Schania, Managing, Director of Aurelius Capital Management
