The previous incumbent, had been slow to react to new service provisioning often taking in excess of one month for delivery.As such they wanted a new supplier who could help them to plan future capacity to provide excellent services, customer support and delivery. In addition Atos also sought to improve
their price to performance ratio. As Atos in Singapore sought to shift their network from transactional business to a partnership to align their suppliers with their long term objectives, Colt’s commitment to deliver on Atos’ objectives were clearly defined and making it a mutually beneficial partnership.
