Colt to launch graduate scheme

“New year – new start”, is a hugely apt phrase for the Colt team taking the lead to welcome young talent to the company.

This year will see the start of Colt’s first EMEA graduate scheme. The scheme welcomes new talent and ideas, aimed at helping accelerate our innovative solutions and encouraging a different way of thinking.

Forty graduates will join Colt in September across the UK, France and Germany to embark on a three year scheme. The first year will see all graduates placed in their home country and working across a number of disciplines. They will be allocated a buddy and mentor as well as given access to specially devised digital learning programmes. The first 12 months at Colt will be a steep learning curve, but one which will act as a strong foundation for their future career development.

In line with our business needs we will look to create an international placement for our graduates during their second year on the scheme. The third and final year will enable graduates the opportunity to highlight which area they would like to pursue further, having gained experience and exposure in their first two years.

Applications will open in February to graduates from any discipline.

We want to welcome people looking for a new challenge. Those who are open to new ideas and want to keep learning. What we expect from them in return is commitment, enthusiasm and imagination.
