It’s been one of the busiest award seasons we’ve had in the industry, and last week was the finals of the Global Telecoms Awards (GLOTEL) and European Contact Centre and Customer Services Awards (ECCCSA). The GLOTEL Awards is Europe’s leading awards program, recognising innovation and excellence from the companies involved in advancing and transforming today’s telecoms industry. The ECCCSAs are the largest customer service and contact centre awards programme hosted in Europe and in its 21st year, are the longest running European awards programme in the industry.

We’re delighted that Colt was named amongst the winners of both, taking home the gold medal for Most Innovative Cloud Service at GLOTEL and a silver for Most Effective Business Transformation Programme in Customer Service at ECCCSA!

Having an insight into the amazing work of other shortlisted companies has been inspiring and exciting, and has shown us that our industry is always transforming and striving to succeed for our customers.

We’re honoured to have been named winners at these awards and very proud that our laser focus on innovation, pioneering services and top customer service has been recognised. We’re excited to continue to drive this forward, to help our industry thrive and deliver the very best for our customers across the world.
