Delticom AG, an online tyre dealer with Pan-European online sales of high-quality tyres and automotive accessories, required assistance with creating a highly secure server location and service hotlines for processing online sales across Europe.

Voice services and equipment hosting backed up by strong network capabilities were needed for Delticom to deliver on their ambitious plans. To ensure its online dealer platforms and telephone hotlines are accessible around the clock, Delticom AG, based in Hanover (Germany), relies on services from Colt Telecom.

Delticom have an enormous product range available on their website and technical web solutions and strong telephone services are needed to ensure their customers get what they want. Colt solutions include telephone and Internet connections, Intelligent Services, IP Access and also placing the main Delticom servers in the care of one of Colt’s highly secure data centres. These services work together to ensure Delticom have the capabilities to meet customer demand during peak times.
