Meet Giuseppina Paci. Giuseppina has been working in tech roles with us for eight years.
Managing a team of nine means Giuseppina’s multi-tasking and problem-solving skills are second to none! She’s proud of what her team accomplishes and adds that her female team members bring particularly high levels of organisation and dedication to the table.
Being a woman in a tech leadership position is how Guiseppina has made her mark – she rightly says this is a ‘huge deal’, since representation is vital in our industry. The trust of her team and her manager’s faith in her skills, commitment and knowledge have been especially important – in fact, she was offered her current position when she was about to go on maternity leave, as her manager recognised her contribution was valuable enough to be worth waiting for.
It can be difficult juggling the demands of work and family, but our family-friendly approach – such as childcare leave to allow for children being unwell – has helped her navigate this. Being able to look after yourself and your loved ones allows women like Giuseppina to thrive, and she believes everyone is more productive and innovative in this positive work environment.
