We are pleased to announce that Colt has maintained its high ranking in GlobalData’s latest Business Services Europe report.

Published at the end of December, the report reveals how Colt has not only maintained its ‘Very Strong’ overall rating from 2021 but has also improved its score in the Go-to-Market’ section.

In the revised assessment report, independent industry analyst firm GlobalData highlighted our commitment to growth and expansion (especially in the US market), stating how ‘Colt is on the cusp of significantly increasing its market presence if its proposed deal to acquire Lumen’s EMEA assets concludes.’ The closure date target is late 2023.

The report also praised us for our impressive customer service, ESG focus and growing base of key partners, mentioning the following:

  • Customer service: ‘For customers that require superior service responsiveness, Colt is an obvious choice given its high NPS results and focus on client support.’At Colt, we have always had a strong customer service reputation, with a European Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 62, 90% of services automatically monitored, and a commitment to robust customer experience (CX).
  • ESG-focused enterprises: ‘Any enterprise that regards environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) as a core strategic issue should consider Colt as it is a leader in this field with a demonstrable track record, committed leadership, and culture.’Colt has recently been awarded a Platinum rating from EcoVadis, the world-leading sustainability ratings provider, for its ESG performance.
  • Channel partners: ‘Channel partners should consider Colt as it has a strong reputation for customer service and responsiveness as well as a growing base of key industry partners in areas like cloud, security, and UC&C (unified communications and collaboration).’

We are delighted to have retained our ‘Very Strong’ overall rating from 2021. The report highlights our dedication to such important areas of our business – customer experience (CX), sustainability and, of course, our continued growth which allows us to bring even more extraordinary connections together.
