Meet Japita Kwatra. Japita has been working with us as a Technical Lead for four years.
Personal and professional growth have been a highlight of Japita’s time with us, and she’s always been encouraged to continually review her career goals. She’s had many opportunities to widen her capabilities beyond her purely technical background, and there’s been plenty of room for upskilling and learning new platforms.
Our leaders have always been an inspiration for Japita, and she’s learned a lot from them. An empowering culture, a supportive and collaborative environment, and a focus on personal and professional development have encouraged Japita to express her thoughts freely. This openness helps her and her team go the extra mile to find the best solutions to our customers’ challenges.
She’s had the opportunity to make her personal mark within our company by driving the company’s Best Professional Award, delivering training to new engineers and becoming a mental health first-aider.
This flexible and supportive environment has helped Japita adapt when life becomes demanding. Unlike many women she knows who have had to take career breaks to balance work and life, she’s able to work remotely when her parents need help at home.
