Are women’s networks too insular? How can we make them more inclusive? Should men be encouraged to join? Should women only networks be replaced by diversity networks? It’s time for a lively debate!

Whatever your views, make sure you join us for a stimulating evening of panel discussion. The event will be hosted by Keri Gilder, Colt's Chief Commercial officer, and will feature an interactive panel including Sonya Barlow, Founder of Like Minded Females, Veronica Hollingsworth, Enterprise Sales at Adobe; Mark Beeden, VP of Customer Service at Colt, Delfina Rossi, Regional Account Executive, Global Clients and Agency Solutions, Google UK, and Daniel K. Winterfeldt Founder and Chair, InterLaw Diversity Forum and Partner, US Securities, Global Capital Markets, Reed Smith.

Keri Gilder

Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of Colt Technology Services.

Joining the business in November 2018, Keri forms part of the Executive Leadership Team reporting directly to Carl Grivner, Colt’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Keri is instrumental in driving Colt’s commercial strategy, leading global teams across sales, presales and marketing, as well as working closely with the wider organisation to ensure Colt delivers on its vision of being the most customer oriented business in the industry.

Sonya Barlow

Founder of Like Minded Females (LMF)

Sonya Barlow is the founder of Like Minded Females (LMF), a female empowerment and diversity initiative which focuses on empowering women to smash their own status quo and societal barriers through relevant life skill initiatives.

In the first year, LMF have engaged with over 12,000 people and participated in over 40 events globally. Sonya is a confidence coach, TEDx speaker and workshop facilitator. In 2020, LMF are expanding into a diversity consultancy training companies in their D&I activities, with a focus on the Tech and entrepreneurship industry.

Veronica Hollingsworth

Enterprise Sales, Adobe

With over 10 years sales experience in the tech industry and a member of various diversity and inclusion networks, Veronica is passionate about sharing her experiences on diversity, inclusion and intersectionality.

Veronica has been a guest speaker at Women In Construction (Maddox Events) and recently hosted a panel discussion Women In Sales at the Excel. She is also an ambassador for Women in Construction at this years London Build - Olympia.

Mark Beeden

Mark Beeden

Vice President of Customer Service at Colt Technology Services.

Mark is Colt’s Vice President of Customer Service a role that encompasses Service Management, Customer Services and Sales Support. Previously Mark was VP of Brand and Marketing, UK Country Manager and instigator of Colt’s “challenger” cultural change programme.

Prior to joining Colt, Mark was People and Brand Director of Cable and Wireless PLC and a member of its executive committee. In this role he was responsible for all aspects of Human Resources and the Cable & Wireless strategy and brand.

Mark is 48 years old, has 2 children, a dog, and a magnificent beard.

Delfina Rossi

Regional Account Executive, Global Clients and Agency Solutions, Google UK

Delfina is an experienced multicultural Googler. Argentine and Italian, she was born in Geneva and has spent her life around the globe: she has lived in seven countries and speaks four languages, trajectory that has formed her passion for Diversity and Inclusion.

Currently serving as a Regional Account Executive in the Global Clients and Agency Solutions organisation at Google UK, she is also the Partnerships lead for Women@ Google London (Google's employee resource group focused on women) in addition to being a Bias Busting and a #IamRemarkable facilitator, through which she fosters underrepresented groups' empowerment through community, connections and development.

Daniel Winterfeldt

Founder and Chair, InterLaw Diversity Forum and Partner, US Securities, Global Capital Markets, Reed Smith

Daniel is a partner in the Financial Industry Group at Reed Smith. A US securities lawyer with over 18 years of experience in London and New York, his practice focuses on representing US, UK, European, and Asian investment banks and corporate issuers in a wide range of securities transactions.

Daniel founded the Forum for US Securities Lawyers in London in 2006 to address US securities issues in the London market across law firms, banks, and intermediaries.

Daniel founded the InterLaw Diversity Forum in 2008.
