Terence Chabe, Business Development Manager, Colt Technology Services

Terence is a Business Development Manager at Colt Technology Services; on-boarding providers and members to the Colt PrizmNet financial extranet. This includes relationship management of exchanges, venues, content providers, ISV’s and strategic partners. Terence’s role also encompasses identifying Cloud and Colt IQ opportunities alongside a focus on industry trends such as AI, regulation, risk modelling, blockchain and new geographical markets.

Elena Patimova, Director, GSO, SGX

Elena is an experienced business development and sales individual with strong knowledge of financial markets and over 10 years of experience in derivatives, focusing on proprietary trading, as well as buy side globally and various types of clients in Eastern Europe and other less traditional jurisdictions. She is currently supporting SGX’s London office with the objective to bring in new clients interested in investing into Asian markets through SGX’s securities and derivatives markets. Her previous business development and sales experience also includes a mixture of roles in brokerage house, proprietary trading company as well as a number of other exchanges.

Philip Lawlor, Managing Director of Global Markets Research (GMR), FTSE Russell

Philip is Managing Director of Global Markets Research (GMR) at FTSE Russell. Philip joined FTSE Russell in July 2017 to develop its GMR capability and to produce a series of research reports that examine market dynamics and drivers across asset classes and regions. The data and analysis provided within the reports is targeted at investment committees and asset allocators. Philip’s areas of expertise are in asset allocation and economics. He has over 30 years of investment experience including managing large equity and multi-asset funds and heading asset allocation at major UK based institutions. He has also spent several years as an investment strategist at a large investment bank. Philip is an Associate of the Society of Investment Professionals (ASIP) designation and is a long-standing member of CFA UK.
