Colt Hong Kong Metro is adopted as a network for connection between data centres and financial hub

Customer’s challenge

OneAsia recently launched a Business Continuity Facility in Kowloon peninsula. This business continuity facility is designed to provide backup services to its customers in the event of service failure or natural disaster to ensure seamless business operation under all circumstances. The challenge was a rapid deployment of connectivity to the facility needed to launch on time. Additionally, it required a leased line via a non-incumbent service provider to ensure good business continuity practices. Lastly, OneAsia sought a trustworthy and reputable provider to protect its customers’ businesses.

Why Colt

Due to the company’s reputation and reliability, OneAsia chose Colt to be a partner in maintaining its daily businesses. Colt has built up a good relationship with OneAsia through various events and won its trust through online advertisement including social media. Furthermore, OneAsia received positive feedback from Colt’s global customer network in Asia, Europe, and the US. The breadth and depth of Colt Hong Kong Metro satisfied OneAsia.

Future plans

In order to widen up its solution portfolio, OneAsia plans to continue expansion in both data centre services and managed cloud service. OneAsia will also strive to improve the provision of one-stop business continuity service. A reliable connectivity partner is essential for the company to achieve the goal of becoming a “Super Connector” of data and cloud services.

‘In the future, we will keep working with Colt as we believe cooperating with a trustworthy connectivity partner is the key for us to provide quality service for customers. Colt provides stable and reliable connectivity and gained recognition from the industry, supporting OneAsia in becoming a Super Connector of data and cloud.’Charles Lee, Founder & CEO, OneAsia Network Limited
