Tokyo, Singapore, Hong Kong, 10 May 2016 – Colt Technology Services Ltd., announced today that Kenji Hioki has been named Chief Revenue Officer Asia / Regional Executive effective on 1 May 2016. Mr. Hioki is responsible for overseeing Colt’s sales in Asia Pacific and, as the lead executive for Colt in Asia, has oversight for senior external relations and driving key growth initiatives in the region. Additionally, Mr. Hioki assumed the position of Representative Director of Colt Technology Services Co., Ltd., our Japan legal entity.

Mr. Hioki is familiar with Colt’s business in Asia as he served as Head of International Business, Head of Sales, Head of Human Resources, and Chief Operating Officer for KVH Co., Ltd., before KVH was acquired by Colt at the end of 2014. He began his career leading Asia business development for Tomen Corporation, a Japanese trading firm, then gained expertise in IT and strategy at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and in private equity where he was responsible for improving business performance for portfolio companies. After leaving KVH in 2014, Mr. Hioki was the Representative Director & President of IPsoft Japan.

He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Law from Doshisha University and holds a Masters in Information Management and a Masters in Business Administration from Arizona State University.
