Meet Sandra Santoro. Sandra has been a Coltie for 15 years, working as a Voice Network Architect
For Sandra, it’s the support of her line manager and the work of her colleagues, which inspire her and make her proud to be part of the team. She made her mark working closely with customers to create a cutting-edge solution by creating a remarkable relationship with that customer.
And Sandra continues to develop her skills with us, through access to learning portals, non-stop training opportunities and through talks given by in-house experts. She summarises ‘work-life balance’ as flexibility and common-sense. And that’s what we offer here at Colt.
Sandra finds it allows her to bring her best self to work and gives her the space and time to be there for her family and unmissable moments, like reading with her daughter. Sandra’s friends are often surprised at how much support she has been given to progress at work, while raising her children.
