SIP trunking and Number Hosting makes it significantly easier for service providers to enter new markets.
Colt has now rolled out its SIP trunking and Number Hosting solution to three new countries – Italy, Sweden and Ireland, with further expansion to Denmark, Portugal and Switzerland planned for Q1 2017.
All too often building a unified communications solution in a new country is hampered by regulatory problems, technical obstacles and processes. SIP trunking and Number Hosting from Colt seeks to alleviate these problems by providing an easy to use framework allowing businesses to build, integrate and sell their own VoIP solution under their own brand whilst utilizing the unique Pan-European technical, process and regulatory expertise from Colt.
The service is supplied via a single B2B interface with fully automated number management transactions (number reservations, activations, porting) – either via a web portal for quick market entry and while ramping up the business, or via an API enabling flexible integration into back-end systems in a zero touch end-to-end solution.
The service is especially suited to US players with UC solutions already available, now looking to enter Europe.
The new three countries join the UK, France, Germany, Spain, Austria, Belgium & the Netherlands, who are currently serviced by Colt Number Hosting.
