Meet Stephanie Benites. Stephanie joined us as a receptionist, but after two years she progressed to her current role as Order Manager, which she has been working as for nine years.
Key to her role is excellent customer-service, she is a self-professed ‘babysitter of the order’, overseeing and guiding multiple teams, from start to finish. She is solution focused and organised, which works well for a fast-paced role.
When Stephanie first joined, she had no knowledge of tech, but the formal skills development on offer helped her learn on the job, with the support of her colleagues. And she continues to grow and make her mark.
Stephanie was fundamental in building a team in Romania from scratch, acting as tech lead. She trained the new members, and shared her skills, values and vision. Pushing herself out of her comfort zone to achieve her goals is something that Stephanie finds empowering.
