Upcoming Wholesale and Reseller Event


The customer is in the centre of everything we do at Colt. Therefore we like to spend as much time as possible with our customers. Our Wholesale/Reseller events are a great opportunity to talk with our customers, learn about their actual challenges and requirements and discuss how we can help them to increase their business efficiency.

In June we are organizing two Wholesale/Reseller events in Austria (Vienna, 16 June 2016) and Germany (Frankfurt, 23 June 2016). Embedded into a business lunch we take the opportunity to discuss actual topics with our customers, such as:

  • Current VoIP market trends
    There are excellent business opportunities arising from the emerging UC and Cloud Communications markets. What does this mean for Carriers, Service Providers and Resellers and how can they benefit best from this?
  • TDM to VoIP Migration
    More and more enterprise end-customers require to migrate their businesses from legacy TDM voice based technology to VoIP. They want a smooth transition without any business disruption and very often hybrid business models are required (mixed TDM/VoIP) – as enterprises typically migrate in a phased approach.
  • How to ramp up VoIP business flexibly and with minimum investment
    Our Wholesale customers and Resellers want to develop and expand their portfolio and coverage aligned to the actual needs of their end-customers. For instance if a multi-national enterprise customer requires a voice service in a new country there is need for fast delivery and the expectation of similar customer experience across all countries.

Our Reseller events are great opportunities for us to engage with our customers to explore how we can best support their business models in the emerging VoIP markets.
