You can use Usage Analyst in Control Center to dig into your use data for Colt voice services. Create summary and detail reports to identify patterns in your telecom use; add filters to standard and custom reports to help analyze trends in the data.
You can order reports and have them set up to be delivered to you in Usage Analyst. You'll also want to learn about hierarchies and nodes to help you organize your data in alignment with your organization's structure to create more insightful reports.
