Removing encryption from a Voice Complete service

To remove encryption from a Voice Complete service:

  1. Click Services.

    Control Center shows the Services console. Use the console to access an inventory of your services, check the status of orders, and manage your services.

  1. Click the Voice Complete only radio button.
  1. From the Product list, select Voice Complete.
