Incident summary

A cyber incident has affected our business support systems. In response to this, we have taken proactive measures to ensure the safety of our customers, colleagues, and business. This includes proactively taking some systems offline, which has led to a disruption to some elements of our service. As a result, customers will find the following services unavailable:

  1. Colt Online customer portal
  2. Number Hosting APIs
  3. Colt NaaS portal (Colt On Demand)

Latest updates

We continue to work around the clock to fully restore all services. We have made significant progress in strengthening our environment and supporting customers. Security has been reinforced, and additional resilience measures have been put in place.
