Colt DCA provides private, high-performance connections from your business locations or data centres directly to leading cloud service providers. It bypasses the public internet, ensuring secure, reliable and predictable cloud access.
Public internet connections are "best effort" and can suffer from latency, congestion or outages. DCA delivers guaranteed bandwidth, lower latency and higher security - all backed by Colt SLAs.
Colt has direct agreements with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle OCI, IBM Cloud, and OVH Cloud. In addition, Colt can connect customers to many other CSPs such as Salesforce, SAP, Alibaba and more. Please contact us to discuss all available possibilities.
With Colt On Demand (NaaS), connections can be provisioned in minutes via a self-service portal. This agility lets enterprises match network provisioning with their cloud needs.
Colt DCA focuses solely on secure connectivity. It does not include cloud compute, storage, or application hosting - those remain with your chosen CSP. Colt will only bill you for the Dedicated Cloud Access service, while your cloud service provider bills you separately for their private networking service and any cloud services you consume.
