Sharon Waters has been the Head of Human Resources for Fidelity Enterprise Services and
Devonshire Investors since 2025. Prior to this, Sharon was Head of Human Resources for
Fidelity Digital Assets®, a subsidiary of Fidelity Investments that provides digital asset
products and solutions for institutional and retail investors.
 
Sharon began her Fidelity career in 1996, holding various HR leadership roles within Fidelity
Asset Management, Fidelity Institutional, and Fidelity Fund and Brokerage Operations &
Technology.
 
She holds a B.S in Human Resources Management from Syracuse University and an MBA
from Boston University.
