Colt secures fourth consecutive Platinum EcoVadis medal recognising outstanding ESG achievements

Top EcoVadis rating is complemented by Colt’s achievement of CDP Climate Change Score A- for the third consecutive year

London,UK February 25th 2026 – Colt Technology Services (Colt), the global digital infrastructure company, today announced independent recognition for its journey to sustainability as it secures two outstanding ESG ratings. Colt secured a Platinum rating from EcoVadis for the fourth consecutive year and a CDP Climate Change Score of A-for the third year in a row.

EcoVadis is the world’s largest and most trusted sustainability ratings provider, with Platinum the highest achievable rating reserved for just 1% of all rated companies globally. Colt achieved a score for 2025 of 86 out of one hundred, marking a five-point improvement from the previous year and positioning Colt among the top-performing companies in its sector. Colt has scored a Platinum rating consistently for the past four years.

The CDP (formerly the Carbon Disclosure Project) Climate Change Score is a global rating that evaluates how well a company measures, manages and reports its climate-related risks, emissions and strategy and is widely considered one of the most trusted benchmarks for corporate climate transparency. Colt has secured one of the top ratings - an A- Climate Change Score - for the third consecutive year, maintaining a score above the global industry average and surpassing the global category average across many of the key assessment areas.

Colt’s progress in ESG over the past 12 months1 as outlined in its latest Sustainability Report includes:

·        Reductions in emissions across all scopes, including:

- 35% reduction in CO₂e market‑based emissions vs. 2019, and 10% vs. theprevious year

- 79% reduction in Scope1 & 2 market‑based emissions vs. 2019, and 34% vs. last year

- 31% reduction in Scope3 vs. 2019, including a 9% drop since 2023

·        Strong progress in its transition to renewable energy globally

- 97.4% of electricity for UK/EU operations and Colt DCS globally was sourced via renewablecertificates

- 94% of global Scope 2electricity came from renewable sources (up from 78% in 2023), supporting the target of 100% renewable Scope 2 by 2030

·        Solid progress incircularity and waste reduction

- 590.5 tonnes of IT hardware recycled — avoiding around 2,200 tonnes of CO₂ and around 5,600 tonnes of virgin material use

- Circular economy pilots, including the Urban Miners initiative, expanded across Europe and won the Circular Economy Transition of the Year Award

·        Cleaner fleet and energy‑efficient network transformation

-  445 fleet vehicles: 30% BEVs and 42% PHEVs, progressing toward a 75% fully electric fleet by 2030

- Completion of the TDM network shutdown in Europe, powering down 32 switches and potentially saving13.2 GWh per year while removing 130,000 legacy circuits

·        Strengthened responsible supply chain and governance standards

- 90.9% of supplier spend now includes contracts with environmental, labour, and human rights clauses

- Colt’s UK and EU Binding Corporate Rules were approved, making them the first telecoms company globally to reach this privacy and data protection standard
