Let's push further together

We're proud to partner with The Arctic Arts Project to action climate change

Did you know that the IT industry could be responsible for 14% of total global emissions by 2040?

Our industry currently contributes as many greenhouse emissions as aviation!

Introducing The Arctic Arts Project

We're delighted to announce that we have partnered with environmentalists the Arctic Arts Project, a passionate non-profit organisation dedicated to fighting climate change through collaboration, awareness and education.

Climate chaos is the biggest environmental threat we have ever faced and nowhere on the planet is more endangered than the Arctic. What's happening there affects us all.

Becoming a Polar Partner is a key part of our journey towards driving environmental change, not just within our business but across our industry.

About The Arctic Arts Project (AAP)

AAP is a team of passionate environmentalists, photographers and educators whose mission is to share an understanding of climate change with the world and the solutions needed to mitigate our impact on the planet.

They communicate their mission through education and storytelling using visual literacy to inspire audiences to enact urgent optimism and be part of the change. Their work not only illustrates the beauty of the natural world but also reveals the stark reality of how quickly it’s being altered by climate change.

Why act now?

If greenhouse gas levels continue to rise at present levels, global temperatures could increase by four degrees this century, triggering worldwide shifts in climate patterns, ocean conditions and ecosystems.

Human activity is putting life on land and in oceans at risk. Over half of the world's coral reefs have been destroyed and climate change could drive six million species to extinction within 50 years.

Join our movement

We may be leading the way for our industry when it comes to sustainability, but we know that there's so much more we can do.

We want to inspire our people, customers and partners to better understand the need for urgent optimism and be part of the solution.

This collaboration is about driving real change, starting with the small steps we can take every day to reduce our environmental footprint. Our Colties are already leading the charge by pledging what they are going to do differently in their day-to-day lives.

We invite you to make your own pledge and tag us on:

Our sustainability journey

Since rolling out our ESG by Design strategy in 2019, we’ve been making sustainability a core part of our business. We’ve set an ambitious target to reach net zero emissions by 2045, and we’re already making great progress.

Our latest Sustainability Report outlines the steps we’ve taken and the milestones we’ve reached such as reducing our CO2e emissions by 34% since our baseline in 2019. You can read the full report or the mini report to see the steps we’re taking as a business or learn more about our ESG by design strategy here.
