Building Gender Equity

Championing Women in Technology

We focus on increasing women’s representation, especially in technology and engineering, supporting their progression at all levels, enabling working families through inclusive policies, fostering inclusive leadership, and improving women’s health and wellbeing across all life stages.

In 2024, we became a signatory to the UN Global Compact’s Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs). We use the WEPs Gender Gap Analysis Tool to benchmark our approach and help guide our priorities.
