Colt offers perform a Remote Monitoring and ManagementService (“RMM Service”) on a 7x24x365 basis. The service provides remotesupport and infrastructure management to enhanced network visibility with anaim to reduce downtime of IP networks and its connected infrastructureelements.
At a high level, the RMM Service provides the following:
• Remote Incident (Fault) Management
• Alarm Monitoring
• CPE troubleshooting and resolution
• Problem escalation to Vendor Technical Support
• Dispatch of hardware issues to field services
• Remote Configuration Management
