Mr. Cohen is Chief Investment Officer for Devonshire Investors, the private investment firm affiliated with FMR LLC, the parent company of Fidelity Investments.

In this role, Mr. Cohen oversees the Devonshire Investors Operating Companies. Prior to assuming his current position, Mr. Cohen was co-head of Fidelity Investments Equity division, overseeing all of Fidelity’s Equity portfolio managers, research analysts and trading teams.

Prior to assuming the co-head of Equity position in 2018, Mr. Cohen served in a variety of senior management roles within the Equity division since 2010, including Chief Investment Officer and Head of Global Equity Research. Prior to these management roles, Mr. Cohen was a portfolio manager for various diversified equity portfolios, including Fidelity Growth & Income Fund, Fidelity Advisor Large Cap Fund, Fidelity Advisor Diversified Stock Fund, and Fidelity Export and Multinational Fund.

Mr. Cohen also managed various sector portfolios, including Select Insurance Portfolio and various telecommunications and utilities Select funds. He has been in the financial industry since joining Fidelity as a research analyst in 1996.

He serves as a Governing Trustee on the Board of Trustees of the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston. Mr. Cohen earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Vermont and his Master of Business Administration degree from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
