Colt Sustainability Report Highlights Strong Global Progress Toward Climate and ESG Goals

Latest report highlights progress on emissions, circularity and community engagement

Colt Technology Services (Colt), the global digital infrastructure company, released its fifth Sustainability Report today. The report details progress across the Colt Group - including Colt Technology Services (with Lumen EMEA) and Colt Data Centre Services - in the areas of Environmental, Social and Governance, from 1st January to 31 December 2025. It highlights Colt’s strong commitment to its ambitious global targets, showcasing the milestones, initiatives, partnerships and programmes delivering real impact, bringing to life one of its core values: “We can change the world.”

The new report tracks steady progress towards Colt’s commitment to a 90% absolute reduction in Scope 1, 2 and 3 greenhouse gas emissions by 2045 against the baseline year of 2019, with a 40% decrease in total CO₂e emissions since the 2019 baseline. The report also highlights the growing impact of Colt’s circularity efforts, with €3.55 million invested in second‑hand equipment, over 41,000 items of network equipment given a second life, and strong progress in reuse and recycling supported by a network of established asset recovery and urban mining partners, building positively on last year’s foundations

Keri Gilder, CEO, Colt Technology Services said,

“In recent months, the crew of Artemis 2 captivated millions with breathtaking images of Earth - powerful reminders of both its extraordinary beauty and the urgency to protect it. There has never been a more critical moment to act on climate change, as temperatures, energy demand, emissions and sea levels continue to rise at an alarming pace. This is a responsibility we feel deeply. We know that real progress depends on accountability and science‑based targets. Our latest sustainability report sets out the strides we’ve made across our ESG ambitions, and while there is more to do, I’m very proud of how far we’ve come.”

Highlights of progress detailed in the report include:
