A cyber incident has affected our business support systems. In response to this, we have taken proactive measures to ensure the safety of our customers, colleagues, and business. This includes proactively taking some systems offline, which has led to a disruption to some elements of our service. As a result, customers will find the following services unavailable:

We continue to work around the clock to fully restore all services. We have made significant progress in strengthening our environment and supporting customers. Security has been reinforced, and additional resilience measures have been put in place.

Our IT team has successfully restored the first phase of our OSS and BSS servers and associated systems. In parallel, they have developed, tested and launched a restoration factory, which is accelerating the recovery of the remaining servers and systems. The recovery of core applications is underway, and we will have key capabilities restored in the coming weeks. This will allow us to ramp up our delivery of orders and return monitoring capabilities close to BAU levels. New orders are being accepted and delivery dates confirmed as recovery progresses.

Colt Online and our Voice API platform are currently unavailable following a cybersecurity incident. We have deliberately taken these systems offline for customer safety.

The incident was detected on an internal system that is completely separate from our customers’ infrastructure. No customer systems were affected.

We detected the cyber incident on an internal system. This system is separate from our customers’ infrastructure. We then took immediate protective measures to ensure the security of our customers, colleagues, and business, and we proactively notified the relevant authorities.

One of our protective measures involves us proactively taking some systems offline, which has led to the disruption of some of the support services we provide to our customers. Our technical team is focused on restoring the affected systems and is working closely with third-party cyber experts.

We continue to work on a resolution for a technical issue which is causing some customers to experience service interruptions. This issue has affected our Colt Online platform, which is currently not currently available to customers. Customers who would usually use the Colt Online portal should email or call to connect with Colt in the meantime.
