Colt appoints Alexandre Carvalho as Country Manager Portugal

Lisbon, Portugal, 14th October 2025 – Colt Technology Services (Colt), the digital infrastructure company, has today announced Alexandre Carvalho as its new Portugal Country Manager. Alexandre’s immediate focus will be to support the local business and help implement the Colt strategy in the country. In his new role, Alexandre will be responsible for reinforcing Colt’s footprint in Portugal encouraging teamwork and communication in-country. He will also be responsible for driving overall growth in the country, helping organisations accelerate their digital journey.
Alexandre Carvalho will continue in his role as Head of Service Delivery Head of Service Delivery Portugal for Colt, driving the development and maintenance of effective service delivery processes and strategies. His focus is on meeting customer needs and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to maximise customer satisfaction.
With more than 25 years of experience, the new Country Manager for Portugal is an accomplished leader, across multicultural environments. His expertise encompasses strategic thought leadership, a deep understanding of the sales process, effective sales engagement, and efficient service delivery.
He is a passionate advocate for sustainability, inclusion, and diversity, combining this commitment with a deep understanding of the high bandwidth connectivity required to transform the global way of work through the power of connectivity.

Alexandre Carvalho has dedicated 24 of his 25-plus year telecommunications career to Colt Technology Services. His deep operational experience within Colt encompasses several critical senior positions, including Service Delivery Manager, Planning and Configuration Manager, and Installations and Maintenance Engineer. Alexandre holds a degree in Industrial Electronic Engineering (Engenharia Electrónica Industrial) from Universidade do Minho.
