Colt has been named a very strong performer by independent industry analyst GlobalData in its new report, Colt – Business Services Europe. Colt received scored highly in key areas such as innovation, vision, strategy and service and support.

The report highlighted our strong network and deployment capabilities, low latency services, investment in SDN and NFV, as well as our edge strategy.

When it comes to our services and support, GlobalData said: “Colt successfully combines its own network infrastructure with SD-WAN services to offer a robust range of data, voice, and cloud connectivity services, complemented by a reputation for superior service, and a focus on its enterprise customers”. This highlights our recent upgrades to our SD WAN offering and our continued focus on customer service and experience.

Highlighting our efforts around customer experience (CX) and service, GlobalData stated: “It continues to evolve its portfolio as the market evolves and has a reputation for customer-centricity which many competitors cannot match”.  Our latest record NPS scores in both Europe and Asia demonstrates our customer-centric commitment, bringing our vision of being the most customer oriented business in our industry to life. With our CX approach, we focus on attention and care throughout the entire customer journey, making sure we have the tools and people to support our customers with their connectivity and solutions.

All these elements are critical when we look to the future of work and the hybrid working model businesses will implement. Quick fixes put in place to accommodate remote working aren’t sustainable for the longer term and it’s essential to act now to future-proof connectivity. The digital experience provided to both employees and end-customers should be a key consideration for CIO’s.

On the topic of edge, GlobalData highlighted: “Colt has set out a convincing network edge strategy which focusses on two elements: the network edge and the customer edge”. Through partnerships, such as IBM Cloud Satellite and Edge Application Manager, we aim to build this edge strategy further, as it’s a key emerging technology for future enterprise digital transformations.

As for the future, we’re continuing to drive our products and offerings to better support our customers, providing unparalleled customer service, driving innovation and building on the strong foundations we have today. Colt strives to take what’s always been in its DNA to innovate and help enterprises thrive in the face of today’s business challenges. We are committed to transforming the world through the power of connectivity as well as becoming the most customer oriented business in our industry.
