Colt announces new sales leadership appointments

Joe Scattareggia and Laura Farina hired to lead new Colt sales functions
London, UK 12th January 2026 – Colt Technology Services (Colt), the global digital infrastructure company, today announced the appointment of Joe Scattareggia to lead its Infrastructure and Connectivity Sales team as executive vice president. Joe brings deep industry knowledge and extensive experience to Colt where he will lead a new team incorporating Colt’s Strategic Alliances and Global Content Networks teams. Located in New York, U.S, Joe will also play a pivotal role in maximising opportunities generated by the AI economy. Prior to this appointment, Joe led the Wholesale business for Windstream/Uniti Wholesale, where he was fundamental in driving successful outcomes for wholesale and hyperscaler segments.
In addition, Colt has appointed Laura Farina to lead its Enterprise Sales team as executive vice president. Formerly regional sales director for Colt, Laura brings to the role two decades of experience at Colt as an outstanding leader of high-performing global teams. Located in Brussels, Belgium, Laura has an in-depth understanding of the market and has been critical in securing Colt’s role as an industry-leader in customer experience.
Joe and Laura report directly to Keri Gilder, Colt’s CEO.
