We were at the World Communication Awards in London last night and what an evening it was!
It was the return of the gala dinner for the first time since 2019 and both the evening and the awards programme itself was bigger and better than ever.
This year, over 90 judges deliberated on over 200 entries from across the world. From London to Argentina, Ghana to The Netherlands, Peru to the UAE, hundreds of projects demonstrated the incredible work that’s happened in the global telecoms industry in the past 12 months.
We’re over the moon to have taken home two trophies last night! One for Best Customer Experience for our overall CX strategy and operations, and another for Best Network Transformation Initiative, for our blockchain-based network that automates inventories and billing, created in partnership with Console Connect, Deutsche Telekom Global Carrier and Vodafone.
These awards are closely connected to our vision of becoming the most customer oriented company in our industry. We know that delivering a leading customer experience means looking at every aspect of the customer journey and both our wins reflect how we’re doing just that.
For Best Customer Experience, the judges noted our focus on listening to our customers and taking actions to make doing business with Colt seamless across every touchpoint they have with us. Our consistently high NPS was also commended.
For the second win, our platform was recognised for guaranteeing first time right invoicing that is simplifying inter-carrier operations and boosting customer relationships.
We’re honoured to have had our strategy and initiatives recognised and look forward to continuing to drive innovation that has the customer at the centre.
