CSR & Our Community
We are committed to supporting the local communities in which we operate and we encourage our employees to engage with local volunteering activities
Social Impact Strategy
In 2023, we launched our Global Social Impact strategy, bringing a more strategic approach to managing our community activities and ensuring that they are more tightly focused on areas related to what we do as a business.
Aligned with our purpose, values, and ESG Strategy, as well as the UN Agenda of the Sustainable Development Goals we have decided to focus our CSR efforts on digital education and inclusion. We will bring our expertise and resources together to support the development of digital skills and STEM education, with a special focus on disadvantaged children and youth, and other underrepresented groups.
Under this strategic objective we are building collaborations with educational entities, community centers, not-for profits and charities focusing our efforts on digital education and inclusion by helping underrepresented groups and excluded youth discover their potential in the digital industry, find employment and to become engaged and connected citizens.

Our values
We know people matter
Our business purpose is to put the power of the digital universe in the hands of our customers wherever, whenever and however they want. In order to do so we also need to take care of the communities in which we operate and provide them with the digital education skills to access this universe.
We always find a better way
Digital education provides competences and skills that are essential to give every individual an equal chance to thrive in life through the use of digital technologies. By promoting STEM education (teaching science, technology, engineering and mathematics in an inter-disciplinary approach) and bringing our practical expertise we can support disadvantaged youth develop their talent and help them enter the job market.
We win together
As an established company with a global business spanning over 40 countries and employees in 26 of them, we stand united in driving our Global Social Impact Strategy. By acting together we can have a bigger impact on digital inclusion.
We can change the world
Everyone should have a chance to discover their full potential. By supporting digital education and inclusion initiatives we want to equip those left behind with the necessary skills to thrive and define their own future.
