2024 has been an extraordinary year, marked by multiple award wins and key milestones following our acquisition of Lumen EMEA that demonstrate our commitment to innovation, sustainability, customer excellence and much more. As 2024 nears its end, here’s a look back at some of our award wins and key achievements this year:
Award wins
Technology Innovation Leader 2024 (December)
We’ve been awarded ‘Technology Innovation Leader in the European managed SD-WAN industry’ by Frost & Sullivan. We were recognised for the best underlying technology, achieving remarkable product and customer success while driving future business value.
2024 MEF NaaS Excellence Awards (October)
Our innovative Network-as-a-Service solutions swept six awards:
- SD WAN Service Provider of the Year (Europe)
- Best NaaS Vision (Service Provider)
- NaaS Service Provider of the Year (Global)
- NaaS Service Provider of the Year (Europe)
- Best Services Ecosystem Automation Platform
- Service Automation Leadership (Europe)
2024 Sustainable Company Awards (September)
We won the circular economy transition of the year award (EMEA) at Environmental Finance’s 2024 Sustainable Company Awards. This award recognises the success of our pilot metals recycling project we launched in Sweden.
Amdocs Partnership Award 2024 (May)
This award recognises the incredible teamwork and dedication our Colties have shown in our collaborative journey with Amdocs. Our Network Inventory Transformation programme stood out for its innovative and problem-solving approach.
Global Information Vendor Conference 2024 (May)
We were named Best Information Vendor (Platinum) by China Investment Information Services (CIIS) Limited, at its Sixth Global Information Vendor Conference held in Hong Kong.
2023 HKEX Awards (April)
In April 2024, we were named Top Derivatives Data Vendor as the 2023 HKEX Awards in Hong Kong. The award recognises Colt as one of HKEX’s top data vendors based on annualised derivatives data revenue generated from 3 January 2023 to 29 December 2023.
TMT M&A Awards EMEA 2023 (February)
In February 2024, Our CEO Keri Gilder was named TMT CEO of the Year at the TMT M&A Awards for EMEA. This recognition highlights Keri’s exceptional leadership in navigating through times of transformation and her contributions to the digital infrastructure industry.

2024 Gartner Peer Insights™ ‘Voice of the Customer’ Global WAN Services report (October)
We were named Customers’ Choice in the 2024 Gartner Peer Insights™ ‘Voice of the Customer’ Global WAN services report. We achieved a 96% ‘Willingness to Recommend’ rating based on customer reviews.
LCL Carrier Partner Awards 2024 (July)
We won the Sustainability Award at the LCL Carrier Partner Awards 2024. This recognition from LCL Data Centers honoured the IT company with the most significant contribution to sustainability.
Management Today Women in Leadership Power List 2024 (June)
Our CEO Keri Gilder was named a winner in Management Today’s Women in Leadership Power List.
2024 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Global WAN Services (April)
We have been positioned as a ‘Challenger’ in the 2024 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Global WAN Services based on our ‘Ability to Execute and Completeness of Vision’.
CDP sustainability ratings (March)
We secured our highest ever CDP rating (A-) from CDP, recognising our action against climate change alongside a new ‘A’ rating for supplier engagement.
Unleash magazine LGBTQIA+ community support (February)
We were listed alongside Coca-Cola and Virgin Media in Unleash magazine for our LGBTQIA+ community support. The magazine highlights ‘seven of the world’s most inclusive employers taking the lead on employee experience’.
We also earned three further prestigious accreditations this year; we became one of just 50 global partners to achieve Zscaler’s Delivery Services Authorized status; we achieved AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner status; and we were named a Gold Google Verified Peering Provider.
Looking ahead
These achievements reflect our relentless drive to innovate, deliver exceptional digital infrastructure solutions, and prioritise sustainability and customer satisfaction. We’re grateful for all we have been recognised for in 2024 and we look forward to another successful year in 2025.
