Providing a unified experience, no matter which country our customer has their service in across our extensive pan-European footprint is key to simplifying the user experience. This requires a simple, near-identical journey in every country for each process in the portal (from reserving to activating numbers), making it easier to manage, especially for those with numbers in more than one country.
